These terms cover this website and the apps EU Studio publishes.

The website

The content here — text, images, logos and screenshots — belongs to EU Studio. You are welcome to use the press kit assets when writing about us. Everything else may not be reproduced as your own.

We keep the site accurate, but roadmaps and release plans are statements of current intent, not commitments. Plans move.

The apps

Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, in addition to anything stated in the app itself. Beta builds distributed through TestFlight are pre-release software: they may contain defects, and they may change or be withdrawn.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is. We take quality seriously, but we cannot guarantee that an app is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, EU Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

Not advice

Some apps present financial or energy figures based on data you provide or connect. Those figures are reporting, not advice. EU Studio is not a licensed financial adviser and gives no investment recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on the news page.
